As an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will bill for the program and services of Northern Rivers and Affiliates. In addition, you will collect on aged Accounts Receivable for Northern Rivers and Affiliates. You will report to the AR Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly or quarterly billing for a variety of programs and services governed by contract or grant agreements.
- Review and apply payments received from vendors.
- Collect on aged Accounts Receivable balances on a recurring monthly basis and follow up with multiple payers to effect cash collections of accounts.
- Complete and file fiscal reports on a timely basis in accordance with contract or grant agreements.
- Gain knowledge and proficiency in the billing systems utilized by our organization.\Prepare accounting journal entries and reconcile accounts as assigned.
- Act as back up support to team of A/R billing specialists.
- Prepare analysis, reports, and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Director of Finance or CFO.
Requirements and Education:
- An Associate's Degree preferred.
- Six months of experience is preferred.

As a Wendy's Wonderful Kids Recruiter, you will engage in diligent efforts to help older children with a permanency goal of adoption to achieve their goal and to develop permanent and sustainable relationships with caring adults. . You will report to the Director of Foster Care and work onsite with travel required.

Description
Clinical Case Manager, Intensive Family Empowerment Program
As a Clinical Case Manager in the Intensive Family Empowerment Program, you will provide six to nine months of intensive services to families whose children are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement. The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled children, provide a safe environment to return children already in placement, and prevent future out-of-home placement. You will report to the Program Coordinator and will work in a combination of on-site and remote settings with travel to client's homes required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home and community services to the identified youth and their caregiver as prescribed in the treatment plan for those enrolled in our Family Preservation Services.
- Educate parents and their child in a variety of social-emotional and parenting skills such as communication, discipline, anger management, emotional regulation, attunement, caregiver affect management, decision making, problem-solving, social skill building, budgeting, family and home organization, behavioral management, etc.
- Maintain a caseload of three children.
- Complete and maintain appropriate case records through the completion of intake, assessments, progress notes, reports, etc. following agency, county, and state policy and funding requirements.
- Participate in the comprehensive assessment and creation of the treatment plan for assigned cases to determine and address service needs and ensure the provision of regular treatment plan meetings and service plan reviews.
- Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family courts, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment.

As a Clinician, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team with the underserved populations in our community by providing clinical counseling to individuals, families and couples in an outpatient mental health clinic licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). As a Clinician, you will provide comprehensive clinical, case planning and family support services to county residents. We are dedicated to helping parents, caregivers and children succeed by drawing on their natural strengths while addressing the risks that impact safety, permanency and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of ten families and meet with each family weekly.
- Rapidly engage and sustain engagement of families throughout course of treatment.
- Assess individuals and families including use of assessment tools, as appropriate to the position.
- Identify and discuss the strengths, risk factors and service needs which impact the health and safety of your client and family.
- Develop with the family and other service providers, mutually agreed upon treatment goals, and the methods to achieve the goals.
- Schedule and facilitate Family Team Meetings and other Service Plan Reviews to assess progress and identify any needed modifications to treatment planning.

As a Community Service Provider, you will provide home and community-based services to help children with emotional and mental health challenges. You will travel locally to work with children and families in their communities providing a core of rehabilitative services to ensure success, including non-licensed counseling and support for youth and family, skill building, peer support, caregiver support and advocacy, pre-vocational services and respite.
